All orders will be sent out within 4 days after receiving your order confirmation.
For rates and shipping, please refer to the following information:
- Netherlands Shipping : €8,00
- Europe Shipping (Euro) : €15,00
- Europe Shipping (Other Currency) : €20,00
- Outside Europe : €45,00
Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes.
For local customers, we also offer the option to pick up your order directly from our showroom in Rotterdam.
RETURNS
As a small business specializing in vintage items, we only carry a single piece of each product. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as minor stains, fit issues, or personal preferences. Due to the unique and delicate nature of these items, they are considered precious and vulnerable. We will only accept returns if an item has been inaccurately described or is found to be damaged.
We understand that shopping online can sometimes feel uncertain, which is why we encourage you to carefully consider your selections and review the product descriptions before making a purchase. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are more than happy to assist you with any queries to ensure you feel confident in your decision. Additionally, our shop is open to visit on appointment, try on, and inspect the items in person.
